Swarovski

Oh, Swarovski. I lust after many of your pieces. But alas, they are dreams. Dreams that shall never be fullfilled.

What I Like About You

Okay, even though I am NOT a fan of Audrina, her style, her face, and her attitude, I am LOVING the look she put together (or rather her stylists put together) for the premiere of Sorority Row. Maybe if someone like Angelina Jolie wore it I'd be like "Meh, she could do better" but on Audrina it's just the upgrade of all upgrades.

You're all probably thinking "The look is okay." But it's not. So in order to prove how great this look is, I've put together some pictures of her past looks:

While most of us would like to believe this is what she wore to her "Pretty Woman 2- Bikers and Booze" audition, we must not deny the truth. This girl has zero sense of style.

Another look I quite enjoyed mocking was this one, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Whoretles look. The only reasonable explanation I can think of for the dress is that she probably wore it to sneak into whatever party she's at.

I have no comment for the above. Except I do believe it's another costume for the Bikers & Booze Story. (IF there is a Bikers & Booze story, I think she should get the part, she's obviously determined. Who's with me?)

"Ohmigod Lo, guess what! You'll never believe it but I was at this candy shop yesterday, and one of the wrappers caught my attention 'cause it was like.. shiny! And so when I asked the worker-dude about it, he told me he could make me a dress that looks exactly like the candy wrapper! Isn't that just like.. Wow? I'm wordless."

The shoes. The innocent shoes. Adopted into a home with an abusive mother who thinks she can be stylish AND a hobag at the same time! For shame.

To Wear- First Day of School

First day of school is tomorrow, and I want to look good. So, I'm planning my outfit. I had to buy my uniform from school, so here's what i did: I took the navy blue bootcut pants to the seamstress to "skinny-fy" them :) I also bought the blouse a few sizes too big so I can roll up the sleeves and make it look like an oversized boyfriend shirt:

5 Things I Hate About you

1- The messy hair. Did someone forget to tell Sandra that the I-rolled-out-of-bed-and-went-to-a-premiere look is out?
2- The unflattering booties that cut her legs off at the ankles. She should wear a "My Stylist Went Shopping And All She Found Were These Nasty Shoes" t-shirt, so people could understand the real reason behind the shoes.
3- Speaking of the t-shirt, I'm pretty sure that would look better than the frumpy dress she currently has on. But I don't blame her, I blame Lanvin for ever making a dress that looks like that.
4- What I do blame her for, however, is the fact that she didn't care to iron or steam the dress. I repeat: the I-rolled-out-of-bed-and-went-to-a-premiere look is out
5- Accessories, on the other hand, are still in. Please, consider that the next time your wearing a strapless dress. Your neck and wrists are completely bare, adorn them with something pretty.

Educational Jitters

With school just 2 days away, I am freaking out. Something about the term "Senior" just makes the butterflies in my stomach go crazy. My last year of school. Aah! But I must admit I'm a little excited, because I haven't seen alot of my friends in months, so it's gonna be amazing to see them again! Plus, I can decide what shoes to wear on the first day of school (since I wear a uniform, footwear is the only way to be stylish. That and scarves).
